SHIPPING POLICY

Standard packages are shipped within Ireland and to the UK using a courier; DPD, Fastway or AnPost, depending on size.

Special Pallet deliveries are shipped throughout Ireland & UK via The Pallet Network, delivered to your home or business. Please note these are large deliveries and the pallet is not returned.

All shipments outside the EU will be subject to import fees.

Important, any issues in relation to goods received, must be sent in writing within 24 hours upon receipt.

RETURN POLICY

We are sure you will love your Glam Doll purchase. Although, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Should you wish to return your product, you may do so within 14 days of placing your order for an exchange or refund, less shipping costs.

All returns must be in the original packaging including all protective material to ensure safe shipping.

Any returns made without the original box & packing materials will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note makeup brushes that have been opened are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
